Can Claude check my flight delay compensation?
Yes. With the free Trip Logistics Assistant connector, tell Claude what happened — "my Ryanair flight was delayed 4 hours" — and get a card with what you may be owed (up to €600 per passenger under EU 261 and similar rules), for flights up to 3 years back, and a link to AirHelp's free eligibility check (~2 minutes). No win — no fee.
How it works
- Connect once: in claude.ai open Settings → Connectors → Add custom
connector and paste
https://api.triplogistics.app/mcp(60-second guide). - Describe the problem: delay, cancellation, denied boarding, missed connection or luggage issues — airline name helps but isn't required.
- The card explains your rights honestly and links to the airline's page on AirHelp for the free check. If you have a case, AirHelp handles the claim and takes a share only when you get paid.

How much can I get?
Under EU 261: €250–600 per passenger depending on flight distance, for delays of 3+ hours at arrival, cancellations and denied boarding. Similar rules exist in the UK, Turkey, Canada and elsewhere. Old flights count — up to 3 years back.
What does it cost?
The eligibility check is free. If AirHelp wins your claim, their fee is ~35% (50% if court proceedings are needed); if they don't win, you pay nothing. The card says this up front.
Do delays caused by weather count?
Usually not — "extraordinary circumstances" (severe weather, strikes outside the airline's control) are excluded. Technical faults and crew scheduling usually do count. The free check sorts this out.
How is the connector funded?
The AirHelp link is a disclosed affiliate link — your compensation and their fee are unchanged. Details in the privacy policy.
